Steven Spielberg's classic shark thriller to be accompanied by Czech National Symphony Orchestra

Steven Spielberg's classic film Jaws is to tour the UK with accompaniment from the Czech National Symphony Orchestra in 2018. Tickets for the performances go on sale at 9am on Fri 27 Oct.

The 1974 film wowed audiences upon its release, becoming at the time the highest grossing film in movie history. Famously, Spielberg kept shots of the shark to a minimum, with suspense generated by John Williams' incredible score, enhancing the unseen danger. Now fans of the film can see it on the big screen with world class orchestral accompaniment bringing it to life.

After the success of four massively popular nights at London's Royal Albert Hall last weekend, the show will go on the road in 2018. Kicking off at Manchester's Bridgewater Hall on Fri 6 Apr it'll visit Liverpool, York, Southend, Birmingham, Brighton and Basingstoke. The tour finishes up at Bristol's Colston Hall on Sat 14 Apr.
